I started with Tim in February of 2022. I was born and raised in Bristol and recently moved to Greensboro, NC in where I work from home. I graduated from John Battle in 2006. Over the years, I have worked on and off in customer service but mainly took time off my working career to take care of my family. I am married to Kris McCroskey and we have 4 children. In my spare time you will likely find us at a ball game or sporting event and just spending time with my family. With this position, I love being able to serve the community I grew up in!

I am married to my high school sweetheart and have two beautiful girls! I joined Tim's State Farm team in 2025, when I was 18, shortly after graduating from John Battle High School. Outside of the office, I’m a proud Navy girlfriend (Go Navy!) and a big family girl who loves spending quality time with my favorite people. My faith is a big part of who I am, I love plants, art, music, and sitcoms. I really enjoy building relationships with our customers and helping them protect what matters most.
